The triggered send log is such a useful tool for checking emails and narrowing down issues. Unfortunately, the send log is missing some great features that would make it a truly helpful tool.
Clickable messages in user profiles
By far the biggest issue related to the send log is that from the customer profile /messages/ tab, there is no way of viewing the source of the message.
I made a script that will search through the send log for each 'Triggered' and 'Transactional' email and return a link to that exact triggered send log view. Can search per message or all at once.
If the buttons aren't appearing for you, hover your mouse over the main nav bar - 'Anayltics', 'Messaging', 'Users', etc., or reload the tab.
Search
The next most significant script adds a search bar to the triggered send log which filters the list to items containing your search term.
Clickable emails
The inverse of clickable messages in customer profiles is to make the emails in the log clickable so they drive back to the customer profiles.
Page select
This adds a page selection dropdown to help navigate large lists of logs. Since theres no way to know how many pages there are, the list is an static 0-200. It's not perfect, but this aids in jumping around the log instead of going page by page or guessing the URL.
Time Selection
By default, Sailthru provides no way to easily enter the time, although it is technically supported, down to the second.
